PA777 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

Welcome to PA777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and PA777 ("we," "us," or "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the PA777 website at pa777.click and all services offered through it, including sports betting, esports betting, virtual sports, card games, and any related promotional activities.

PA777 is operated as a licensed gaming platform serving players in the Philippines. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature on PA777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the PA777 platform.

These Terms apply to all products available on PA777 including — but not limited to — PBA betting, NBA betting, MLBB and esports wagering, Virtual Sports, Pusoy card games, and all promotional offers. 2. Eligibility

To register and use PA777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. PA777 does not permit persons under 21 to open an account or participate in any betting activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or accessing PA777 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a PA777 employee or affiliated company in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory prohibition, or self-exclusion agreement that restricts your participation in online betting.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative for another person or entity.

PA777 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, PA777 may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending verification. This is consistent with our obligations under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on PA777 at any time. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved, along with forfeiture of any bonus funds or pending winnings.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered in your name. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. PA777 bears no responsibility for problems arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PA777 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. PA777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

PA777 conducts KYC verification as required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to provide government-issued identification (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address. First-time withdrawal requests will trigger KYC verification if not already completed. PA777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

3.4 Account Currency

All PA777 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. PA777 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency on the platform.

4. Deposits

PA777 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• The minimum deposit for GCash and Maya is ₱50. Minimum deposits for bank transfers start at ₱500.
• PA777 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside PA777's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits credited to your PA777 wallet are generally available for betting immediately after confirmation from the payment provider.
• PA777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any deposit it deems suspicious, which may delay funds availability. Deposits suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity will be returned and the account reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals from their PA777 wallet at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer minimums start at ₱1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in line with our AML obligations. If the original deposit method is unavailable, contact PA777 support before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Standard PA777 accounts may submit up to 3 withdrawal requests per day. Higher limits apply to VIP accounts.
• PA777 charges no withdrawal fees. Processing times are as follows: GCash under 5 minutes, Maya under 10 minutes, bank transfers 1–3 hours (subject to banking hours).
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will experience delays on their first withdrawal request until verification is confirmed.
• If you have an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, only your cash (non-bonus) balance is available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on PA777 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general provisions.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

PA777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where: a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; where the bet exceeds permitted stake limits for your account tier; or where PA777 reasonably suspects the bet forms part of coordinated advantage play or fraud.

6.2 Odds and Results

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet placement. PA777 may update odds in real time before a bet is confirmed. For live in-play betting, odds may change rapidly — the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the ones that apply. Results are taken from official league sources for real sports, and from certified RNG outputs for Virtual Sports.

6.3 Voided and Cancelled Bets

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 12 hours, or declared a no-result by the governing body, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your PA777 wallet. For parlays (multi-bets) containing a void leg, the void leg is treated as a single at odds of 1.00 and the parlay is recalculated accordingly.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

PA777 enforces maximum single-event winnings limits. These vary by sport and event and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum on a single event will be capped at the maximum amount. This limit is applied per bet slip, not per account per day.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

PA777 regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All PA777 bonus offers are subject to these general Terms plus the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the Promotions page.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers at PA777 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means ₱5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable. 7.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each welcome bonus is available to new PA777 accounts only and can be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds may only be used on qualifying games and markets as specified per promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded markets does not contribute to wagering requirements.
• PA777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless PA777 explicitly states otherwise on the Promotions page.

7.3 Free Bet Rules

Free bets awarded by PA777 are non-withdrawable. Only winnings derived from free bets are credited to your cash balance. Free bets expire on the date specified in the promotion terms. Unused free bets cannot be converted to cash. Minimum odds requirements for free bet use are stated per promotion.

8. Responsible Gaming

PA777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We offer the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your PA777 wallet. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered at any time; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PA777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potentially referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one PA777 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using PA777 for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the PA777 platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinated betting with other players to manipulate outcomes, exploit promotions, or circumvent account limits (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "arbing").
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or otherwise interact with PA777 in a way that is not through normal browser or app use.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your PA777 account credentials or access to any other person.
• Accessing PA777 from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10. Privacy and Data

By registering on PA777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes: account management and identity verification; processing deposits and withdrawals; fraud detection and AML compliance; provision of customer support; and (where you have opted in) marketing communications about PA777 offers and promotions.

PA777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only where required by law, with licensed payment processors for transaction processing, and with contracted technology partners operating under strict data processing agreements. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PA777 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of PA777.
• Losses caused by reliance on information displayed on PA777, including odds, statistics, or match data sourced from third parties.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance downtime, or events beyond PA777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from prohibited conduct or ineligibility.

PA777's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to PA777 in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PA777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your PA777 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining cash balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. PA777 will process the closure request within 48 hours of receipt.

12.2 PA777-Initiated Suspension or Closure

PA777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; sustained abuse of promotions or bonus systems; or at PA777's sole discretion where continued account operation is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or regulatory compliance.

In cases of fraudulent activity, PA777 reserves the right to withhold the full balance of the account pending investigation and, if fraud is confirmed, to return only the verified legitimate deposit portion after deducting costs of investigation as permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

PA777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PA777 will notify active players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of PA777 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent version was published. For significant changes that affect existing bets or balances in a materially adverse way, PA777 will provide a minimum of 30 days' notice and allow players to close their accounts and withdraw balances without restriction during the notice period.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with PA777 support, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. PA777 cooperates fully with regulatory investigations and dispute resolutions in line with its licensing obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
